Application is at its best when damp. All you do is squeeze it under the tap ( I like luke warm water ) until is expands and enlarges.. Give it another extra squeeze to ensure all water is completely out. 

I feel it gives a flawless finish with more of an natural look. It's the perfect dupe for the Beauty Blender.
